Who are we looking for?
We’re currently looking for Coru registered Physiotherapists,to work as an Ergonomic Assessor as part of our digital team. The role is a full or part time contractor position remote from home. The role is likely available until December 2026, with possibility of extension.
Our ergonomics assessors take an in-depth look at the person's presentation, their surroundings at the desk and their work life. If they are experiencing an issue, we identifyprobable causesand help to advise change or make recommendations to improve their work set up.

Responsibilities:
Work with clients virtually andin a corporate setting
Complete virtual ergonomic assessments of desk workstations
Educate clients on correct workstation set up
Provide detailed equipment recommendations
Create recommendation reports for clients and customers
Use current legislation and guidelines to inform decision making
Use bespoke software programme to record assessments and manage outcomes
Use online programmes and video platforms
Provide feedback for in-house service improvement projects
Report equipment repairs to the Operations Executive
Meet continuous education requirements and maintain an up to date CPD folder
Youwill be involved in creatingcontent and blogs from time to time
You will be involved with working withthe marketing team and provide them with on the ground feedback
Other ad hoc duties as and when required
What experience and qualifications do I need?
Qualification in Physiotherapy or Physical Therapy
CORU registration (essential)
Professional Indemnity Insurance (essential)
VDU/DSE training (preferred, training can be arranged for the right candidate)
Experience in occupational health or ergonomic assessments (preferred)

Strong communication & interpersonal skills
Detail orientated
Excellent organisational skills
Motivating people, including yourself, comes easily
You enjoy developing relationships with other team members
You can comfortably take initiative and adapt to new situations well
