Entry-Level PM Recruiter Needed

I’m looking for a freelance recruiter who can quickly source and present strong entry-level Project Manager candidates for a tech company environment. You’ll take full ownership of the search: refining the job brief with me, tapping into your technology talent networks, screening résumés, running first-round interviews, and handing over a short list that is truly hire-ready.

The ideal partner already works with platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub Jobs, and niche tech communities, and is comfortable moving candidates through a lightweight ATS so communication remains transparent for both of us. Success is simple: within the agreed timeframe I receive three to five qualified, culture-aligned candidates who can start within the next month.

Deliverables
• A polished job description adapted to entry-level expectations in the tech sector
• A curated shortlist (CV, screening notes, salary expectations, availability) of 3–5 candidates
• A brief market summary outlining outreach volume, response rate, and any notable feedback from prospects
