Entry-Level Full-Cycle Recruiter

I’m looking for a recruiter who can own the entire hiring journey for several entry-level openings I have coming up. I need someone who is comfortable sourcing, engaging, interviewing, and shepherding candidates all the way through to day-one onboarding.

You will rely primarily on LinkedIn, Indeed, and Glassdoor to uncover and attract fresh talent, then keep the process moving swiftly with clear communication to both candidates and my internal team. Crafting compelling job ads, screening résumés, scheduling interviews, gathering feedback, and guiding accepted candidates through pre-boarding paperwork are all part of the brief.

To make expectations crystal-clear, here’s what I’ll use to sign off on the work:
• A shortlist of qualified candidates for each role, delivered within agreed timelines
• Transparent tracking of outreach and pipeline metrics drawn from LinkedIn, Indeed, and Glassdoor
• Interview coordination that keeps all parties informed and on time
• Smooth hand-off to HR with completed documentation so new hires start without bottlenecks
