Entry-Level Candidate Sourcing Specialist

I’m looking for support in building a steady pipeline of entry-level talent. Your main focus will be sourcing candidates through social media, with LinkedIn as our primary hunting ground.

Here’s what I expect from you:
• Create and manage targeted LinkedIn searches that surface fresh, qualified entry-level profiles.
• Craft short outreach messages that feel authentic and spark interest.
• Track responses and keep basic notes in a shared spreadsheet so I can see real-time progress.

Success for me means a weekly list of prospective candidates who meet the role criteria and have shown at least initial interest in learning more. I’ll handle interviews and onboarding once the leads are in place, but if this first phase goes smoothly there’s room to expand the collaboration.
