I run a small but steadily growing Amazon store and want to hand off the day-to-day coordination work so I can focus on sourcing new products. I only sell on Amazon, so everything you do will revolve around that marketplace.
Here is where I need reliable support: keeping FBA and FBM stock levels updated, jumping into Seller Central to answer customer messages quickly and politely, and polishing listings whenever we spot keyword or image improvements that could lift conversions. If you have basic familiarity with Seller Central, Excel or Google Sheets for tracking quantities, and a customer-first attitude, you will fit right in.
This role is entry level; I am happy to show you my current workflows and templates, then let you take full ownership as you grow more confident. Consistency matters more to me than years of experience. Clear written English is essential, and because many tasks involve timing shipments within the US, I do prefer someone already based here for easier communication and time-zone alignment.
You will start with a short onboarding period where we:
• Walk through my inventory tracker and set up daily checks
• Review the customer service tone and response macros I use
• Identify two live listings to optimize so I can see your approach
After that, I expect steady, self-managed progress with a brief weekly recap. If you like the idea of learning all the ins and outs of Amazon while keeping a growing shop running smoothly, I would love to hear from you.
