The attached documents contain the detailed project scope, functional requirements, business processes, user roles, booking model, sponsored advertisements, technical requirements, and scalability expectations.

Please review both documents carefully and provide a detailed technical and commercial proposal covering the following:

- Confirmation of your understanding of the requirements
- Any gaps, questions, concerns, or recommendations identified during your review
- Project phases and detailed development timeline
- Milestones and deliverables for each phase
- Development team structure and assigned roles
- Total project cost with a detailed cost breakdown
- Proposed payment milestones
- Testing and UAT approach
- Deployment approach
- Warranty period after go-live
- Post-production support and maintenance options
- Maintenance cost after the warranty period
- Cost/process for future enhancements
- Any assumptions or exclusions from your proposal

- Mobile Application: Flutter / Dart for both Android and iOS
- Backend / APIs: ASP.NET Core using .NET
- Admin Web Portal: Next.js / TypeScript
- Database: PostgreSQL
- Caching / Booking Availability Controls: Redis
- API Style: REST APIs
- API Documentation: Swagger / OpenAPI
- Push Notifications: Firebase Cloud Messaging
- File and Image Storage: Cloud object storage such as AWS S3 or Azure Blob Storage
- Hosting / Cloud Infrastructure: Azure or AWS
- Source Control and CI/CD: GitHub or Azure DevOps

The development company should confirm whether it can deliver the solution using the above technology stack.
