The goal is to design, build, and deploy a single, integrated Enterprise Management System that runs smoothly on the web as well as native iOS and Android apps. The system must unite three core business functions in one shared database and codebase so that data flows instantly between every interface.

Key functional modules
• Inventory management – real-time stock tracking, barcode/QR support, reorder alerts, supplier records, and basic purchasing workflows.
• Customer Relationship Management (CRM) – lead capture, deal pipeline, activity logging, and simple email/SMS outreach hooks.
• Employee management – staff profiles, attendance/leave tracking, role-based permissions, and basic performance notes.

Cross-platform reach
A responsive web dashboard will sit at the centre, backed by APIs that feed companion mobile apps for iOS and Android. I am open to proven stacks such as React / Vue with Node.js, Django, or Laravel on the back end, and React Native, Flutter, or Kotlin/Swift for the mobile layer—choose what you can deliver fastest and maintain easily.

Project timeline
The build needs to start immediately and reach a functional, testable MVP as soon as possible. Plan for rapid iteration, with weekly check-ins and a staging URL/app build I can touch throughout development.

Deliverables
• Technical architecture and stack decision brief
• Unified database schema (ERD) covering inventory, CRM, and employee entities
• Web admin dashboard with the three operational modules fully wired to the database
• Native iOS & Android apps (or a high-quality cross-platform alternative) mirroring core features
• REST/GraphQL APIs, documented and version-controlled
• Deployment scripts or CI/CD pipeline so I can relaunch effortlessly on my own infrastructure
• Post-launch bug-fix window and hand-over of clean, commented source code in Git

Acceptance criteria
1. All modules share one live data source—no manual syncs.
2. Features listed above work on Chrome, Safari (web), and current iOS/Android versions.
3. Page/app load times under three seconds on a standard 4G connection.
4. No critical or high-severity bugs in the first week of production use.

If this scope and pace suit you, outline your preferred stack, a concise timeline to MVP, and links to similar systems you have shipped.
