Enter Research Survey on Jisc

I have designed a research-grade survey that explores veterinary specialist trainees experience with parenthood/fertility, and now need every question entered accurately into Jisc Online Surveys. The questionnaire combines multiple-choice, rating-scale and open-ended items; all wording, branching and mandatory settings must match the source document I will supply.

You’ll receive collaborator access to my Jisc account. Your job is to build the survey, apply my branding colours, insert appropriate page breaks, set a clear completion message and run a full test so the export to Excel/CSV is error-free.

Deliverables
• Fully built survey inside my Jisc project space, ready to launch
• Test link plus PDF preview for final proof-read
• Sample data export confirming all variables map correctly

Acceptance criteria: every item appears exactly as written, logic behaves as specified and no validation errors occur during a trial submission.
