Enter Purchase & Sales in Tally

I have a complete set of purchase invoices, sales invoices, payment vouchers, and receipt vouchers that now need to be keyed into Tally. All of these source documents are already compiled as clear PDF scans, so there is no collection or sorting work—just accurate data entry directly into the correct ledgers and voucher types.

You will receive a shared folder with the PDFs, along with a simple naming convention that links each file to the correct ledger. I will provide remote access to my Tally installation (TallyPrime / ERP 9, depending on your preference) so you can post the entries yourself. Alternatively, if you prefer to work offline, you may deliver the exported XML file for me to import.

Accuracy is critical: voucher dates, ledger allocation, GST details, and narration should mirror the source exactly. I will perform a quick reconciliation of totals for purchases, sales, payments, and receipts once you are done; any discrepancies will need to be resolved before we close the project.
