Enhance Website Usability & Design

I have an existing website that works functionally but feels dated and a bit clunky. I want a professional who can refresh the look, streamline navigation, and make the entire experience more intuitive on desktop and mobile alike.

What I need from you:
• Audit the current interface and pinpoint pain points affecting user flow.
• Propose modern, responsive layouts—wireframes or quick mock-ups are fine for initial approval.
• Implement the approved design using clean HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (or a framework you recommend).
• Ensure the new UI is fully responsive, cross-browser compatible, and optimized for performance.
• Hand over all source files (code and design assets) and a short guide on how to maintain or extend the new design.

Preferred but not mandatory:
• Familiarity with popular front-end stacks such as React or Vue.
• Experience working from Figma or Sketch design files.
• Basic accessibility best practices (WCAG) baked into the redesign.
