I’m looking for a confident English speaker to help candidates prepare for professional interviews, mainly for software and IT roles. The work will include reviewing the candidate’s resume and job description, then running a realistic 30–60 minute mock interview covering both behavioral and role-related technical questions. Typical roles may include Software Engineer, Full-Stack Developer, Backend Developer, Frontend Developer, Data Engineer, DevOps/Cloud Engineer, QA/Automation Engineer, and similar technical positions. After each session, I’d like short, practical feedback covering what the candidate did well, what needs improvement, communication or English issues, and examples of stronger answers where useful. I’m looking for someone who: - Speaks English naturally and confidently - Is comfortable leading live video-call conversations - Can think quickly rather than simply reading from a script - Is reliable and professional - Can usually support around 2–5 sessions per week - Can sometimes work across UK and US business hours - Is interested in an ongoing collaboration Experience in recruiting, HR, interview coaching, software development, technical hiring, sales, customer service, or professional training would be a strong advantage. Budget: $150 USD fixed for the initial interview-preparation engagement. If the first collaboration goes well, there will be opportunities for regular paid work and additional performance-based bonuses handled through the platform. When applying, please include: 1. Your location and time zone 2. Your spoken English level 3. Any interviewing, coaching, recruiting, or technical experience 4. Your usual availability 5. A short introduction about yourself A short voice or video introduction is also welcome if Freelancer allows it. Important: This project is strictly for mock interviews, preparation, coaching, and feedback. You will not be asked to impersonate another person or attend a real employer interview pretending to be the candidate.
