English-Spanish Support & Translation

I need a fluent English-Spanish communicator who can jump in right away to handle two core responsibilities for my company:

• Answer incoming customer calls in Spanish and English, resolve issues on the spot, and keep concise notes in our cloud-based CRM.
• Translate short internal documents, emails, and knowledge-base articles between both languages so every customer receives the same clear information.

This is a fully remote engagement and I’m looking to get started ASAP. You’ll be the voice of our brand on the phone, so confident, friendly speaking skills are essential. Experience with VoIP soft-phones or call-center tools, plus solid written translation skills (CAT tools a bonus), will help you succeed.
