English-Spanish Speech Translation Tool

I need a small, reliable tool that can listen to my spoken English and instantly return clear written Spanish—or the other way around. The focus is accurate, real-time speech recognition and translation, not text-to-speech or simple dictation. Platform, framework, and libraries are completely up to you as long as the final solution runs smoothly on a modern laptop.

When you reply, the single most important thing I want to see is past work that shows you have already built or integrated speech-to-text or translation features. A brief note on how you would tackle this project is welcome, but examples speak louder than explanations.

Deliverables
• Working application (executable, script, or web page) that captures live microphone input in English and Spanish and returns the translated text on screen
• Clear setup instructions so I can install and test it myself
• Short demo clip or walkthrough proving the tool in action

If you can also make the interface minimalist and the latency low, that will be a big plus.
