English-Russian Technical Article Translation

I have a steady stream of technical articles written in English that need to be rendered accurately and naturally into Russian. Each piece ranges from 1,500 to 4,000 words and covers topics such as engineering processes, software documentation, and emerging technology trends.
What matters most to me is precise terminology and a tone that remains clear to Russian-speaking professionals without sounding too literal. Consistency in style across multiple articles is essential, so if you have experience building and following glossaries or style guides, please mention it.
Typical workflow: I send an article in Word format, you return a fully translated file plus a short note explaining any terminology choices that required interpretation. CAT tools like SDL Trados or memoQ are welcome but not mandatory as long as the final text is clean and ready for publication.
Deliverables for each assignment:
• Russian translation in the original document layout
• Brief terminology/clarification note (bullet or paragraph form)
I’m looking to start with one article as a test and then move to an ongoing arrangement if the fit is right. Accuracy, turnaround time, and clear communication will be the criteria for accepting each delivery.
