English Printed Text Typing

I have a set of general-interest documents in printed form that I want converted into an editable digital file. The pages are entirely in English and legible; they simply need accurate, error-free typing.

Most of the text is straightforward prose, but a few sections appear as simple bulleted lists. Apart from reproducing those bullets exactly as they appear, no other special formatting is required—I don’t need headers, footers, or complex styles.

Please type the content verbatim, maintain original paragraph breaks, and mirror any existing bullet points. I will supply high-resolution scans as soon as we start. The final deliverable should be a clean, spell-checked Word document (or compatible format) ready for me to review and archive.
