English Document Translation to German

I have a document written in English that I need rendered flawlessly in German. The text is straightforward business prose, about 2,500 words, and must read as if it were originally drafted for a German-speaking audience—not a literal, line-by-line substitution.

Please keep the original formatting intact and return the finished work as an editable Word file. A short QA pass for grammar, consistency, and correct terminology is expected before delivery. If you normally rely on CAT tools such as SDL Trados or MemoQ, feel free to use them, but the final copy should be completely polished and free of machine-translation artifacts.

Turnaround: 72 hours from acceptance.
Acceptance criteria:
• Complete, idiomatic German translation of the full document
• All headings, lists, and tables mirrored in layout
• No untranslated fragments or source-language remnants
