English Book Proofreading & Editing by human (not AI)

I have a short manuscript—under 100 pages—written in English that now needs a meticulous once-over before publication. You will receive the file in an editable electronic format (Word or PDF, whichever you prefer).
ONLY HUMAN WORK NEEDED
Book proofreading + tasks for the proofreader and editor
Grammar and spelling: correction of spelling, punctuation, and grammatical errors.
Typography: replacement of hyphens with em-dashes, verification of quotation marks ("smart quotes" instead of "straight quotes"). Ellipses, repetitive punctuation, and technical clutter MUST BE REMOVED: clean the text from excessive symbols like ???, !!!, ......., №, %, #, * and others. The voice actor will not be able to read them properly, or they will, but they are unnecessary.
Consistency: identical naming of characters (Masha/Maria), numbers, dates, and abbreviations throughout the entire text.
List formatting: a uniform standard for bullet points, periods, and capitalization in lists. Uniform font and size.
Color-coding corrections: anything you change must be highlighted in some way, so I can later compare it with the original text.

Narrative integrity: checking the clarity of characters' motives, the validity of assumptions, and the completion of all plot arcs. There should be no lost thoughts or interruptions of a clear storyline.
Structure and architecture: each chapter must contain something interesting, no empty chapters. There should be no overcrowding of events in a single chapter.
Stylistic editing: elimination of tautology, officialese, and unnecessary "filler words".
Long sentences: breaking massive sentences (3–4 lines long) into short ones. The reader will physically run out of breath, and the listener will lose the thread of the story by the end of the phrase (this is needed for the audiobook).
AI-translated style: the book might have a robotic tone after AI translation, so you need to rephrase and improve it. ONLY HUMAN WORK NEEDED
The final text must be submitted fully checked and ready for distribution and publication.
Do not submit work that requires me to look for errors and then waste time explaining what and where to fix.
