I have a general-content document written in English—between roughly 1,000 and 5,000 words—that I need rendered into clear, natural Arabic. The file is currently in a standard Word/PDF format and I would like the Arabic version returned with the same layout, headings, and any embedded tables left intact so I can drop it straight back into circulation without extra formatting work.
Accuracy and a fluent, reader-friendly tone matter more to me than literal word-for-word substitution, so please feel free to adapt idioms or phrasing where that will improve readability for an Arabic audience. Consistency in terminology is also important; if a term repeats, use the same Arabic equivalent throughout.
Deliverables:
• Fully translated Arabic file in the original format (Word or PDF as provided)
• A brief note flagging any phrases that did not have a direct equivalent and how you handled them
If you use CAT tools, glossary features, or QA checks, that is a plus, but what ultimately counts is a clean, proof-read text ready for immediate use.
