I’m building out a set of educational, customer-focused pieces and need a writer who can translate our know-how into clear, helpful content that keeps our current users excited about what we offer. Every article should teach something useful, reinforce trust, and sound like a natural extension of our brand voice—friendly, concise and jargon-free.

Because the objective is to engage and educate, depth matters more than length; I’d rather see a tight 600-word explainer that solves a real customer pain point than a longer post padded with fluff. You’ll handle light research where needed, weave in product context organically, and deliver copy that is ready to publish (grammar-checked and originality-verified).

Acceptance criteria
• Tone matches existing brand guidelines I’ll supply.
• Facts are accurate and sources are cited.
• Copy passes a plagiarism scan and basic SEO checks (readable headings, keywords used naturally).
