I need a reliable on-the-ground partner in Lyon to confirm the employment details of up to five candidates as part of my pre-hire process. Your job is to contact each stated employer directly, verify that the person really worked there, and capture the precise dates and job title exactly as the company records them.

I will supply the signed candidate consent forms, employer contact information (when available), and any other documentation you require. You will conduct the verification in French, compile your findings in English, and return a concise report for each candidate.

Deliverables – one folder per candidate:
• A one-page summary (PDF) detailing company name, verified job title, start and end dates, name and position of the confirming HR/contact, and verification method (phone, email, or written reply).
• Supporting evidence: call logs, email screenshots, or stamped letters.

Everything must comply with GDPR and local privacy laws. Turnaround is three business days from the moment you receive a candidate’s details.
