2-Layer PCB Design – EMI/EMC-Oriented Power Supply & ESP32

We are looking for an experienced Altium Designer PCB Engineer to design a 2-layer PCB for a Power Supply and ESP32-based control system.

The PCB design will be based on the provided Power Supply schematic and ESP32 schematic, along with the existing PCB Gerber, NC Drill files and PCB images for reference.

The PCB must be designed with a strong focus on EMI/EMC performance, including proper grounding, power distribution, buck-converter layout, high-current routing, thermal management and separation of noisy power/motor sections from the ESP32 and sensitive signal sections.

Key Requirements:

2-layer PCB
Altium Designer
EMI/EMC-oriented PCB layout
ESP32-WROOM-32 and A4988 motor-driver section
5V and 3.3V power sections
0603 package for applicable resistors and capacitors
One 3.3V LED indicator
Existing PCB outline, mounting-hole locations and drill dimensions to be retained
Component and connector placement may be optimized where required for EMI/EMC, routing and thermal performance

Required Deliverables:

Altium Schematic (.SchDoc)
PCB Layout (.PcbDoc)
