Emails to PDF Letterheads

I have two emails that need to be turned into clean, print-ready PDFs. Before exporting, I want each email placed on a simple company letterhead that shows only our company name and our logo. I’ll send the logo as a JPEG; you’ll create a minimal header from it, no contact details, then drop the email content underneath and save everything as high-resolution PDFs.

Deliverables:
• One editable letterhead file (Word, InDesign, or similar) built from the JPEG logo
• Two final PDFs—each email laid out on that letterhead, with original formatting preserved

Once the PDFs look sharp and the header aligns properly, we’re done. Fast, tidy task for someone comfortable with basic layout and PDF export.
