Email Text to Excel Entry

I have a folder of emails whose body text needs to be copied into an Excel worksheet without losing any of the original layout—line breaks, bullet points, indents and other simple formatting must remain intact.

I will supply the messages in .eml / Outlook format along with a column template (date, sender, subject, body). Your job is simply to open each email, lift the text exactly as shown, and paste it into the matching row of the spreadsheet using Excel’s “Wrap Text” or similar features so that what I see in the sheet mirrors what I see in the email.

Deliverables
• One .xlsx file containing every email entered in the order provided
• All text formatting preserved (spot-checked before submission)

Acceptance criteria
• No missing emails or truncated content
• Consistent use of the supplied column headers
• Body column visually matches the original email when opened at 100 % zoom

This is a straightforward task, but accuracy matters more than speed. If you have solid Excel skills and an eye for detail, I look forward to working together.
