We're looking for someone to handle customer emails. People write to us with questions about orders, bookings, and payments, and your job is to read each message carefully and reply clearly. You'll have a knowledge base and approved reply templates, so you won't need to invent answers from scratch.
We care more about careful reading and clear writing than about years of experience. If you're attentive, patient, and comfortable working on your own, you'll fit in well. Training takes about an hour, and we stay available for questions during your first days.
On a typical shift you'll go through the support inbox and pick up new emails. You'll read each one, check the knowledge base, and reply using the approved templates, adapting the wording where needed so the answer fits the question. Anything you can't resolve goes to the team lead with a short note on what you've already checked. You'll tag and log each email in our tracking sheet and flag recurring questions so we can improve the knowledge base.
What matters to us: clear and polite writing in English, patience and attention to detail, the ability to follow procedures and stay consistent, comfort working alone and asking for help when needed, and reliability, meaning you keep to agreed hours and reply within our response time.
What you get: flexible hours you can plan around your day, remote work from anywhere with a stable internet connection, a knowledge base and templates so you're never left guessing, a short onboarding and a team lead who answers your questions, and ongoing part-time work with a steady flow of emails.
If this sounds like a good fit, apply and we'll get back to you within 24 hours with the next steps.
