Email Marketing Setup & Deliverability Expert Needed – Complete Automation & Inbox Setup

We are looking for an experienced Email Marketing & Deliverability Expert to set up our complete email marketing system from scratch.

The main objective is to build a reliable email infrastructure and automation flow that ensures our recurring emails are properly delivered to recipients' inboxes rather than spam/junk folders.

Scope of Work
Complete email marketing setup from zero
Configure email sending infrastructure and domain authentication
Set up SPF, DKIM, DMARC and other required deliverability settings
Configure recurring/automated email sequences and workflows
Set up proper subscriber/list management
Create the complete email flow and automation process
Configure deliverability best practices and sending limits
Test the complete setup before launch
Identify and resolve potential spam/deliverability issues
Provide a clear process for managing future recurring email campaigns

Ideal Freelancer
Proven experience in email marketing and email deliverability
Strong knowledge of email authentication and inbox placement
Experience setting up email automation and recurring campaigns
Ability to handle the complete setup independently from start to finish
Experience with tools such as Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Brevo, HubSpot, Instantly, GoHighLevel, or similar platforms is a plus.
