Email Inbox Prioritization Assistant

My inbox has grown noisy and I want the signal back. From now on, only messages that come from clients, customers, or prospective leads should remain visible; every other email should be quietly swept out of sight yet stay searchable for future reference.

You’ll have delegated access to my Gmail account and will work directly in the web interface. The workflow I need you to follow is straightforward:

• Leave in the inbox anything sent by a client, customer, or lead.
• Archive every other message—newsletters, promotions, notifications, and general chatter—so it no longer clutters the main view but can still be found through “All Mail” search.

Acceptance criteria
1. After the first clean-up, my inbox shows only client/customer/lead conversations and totals fewer than 50 threads.
2. A random spot-check proves that archived emails are still searchable.
3. No important messages are lost or mislabeled.

Once the backlog is cleared, we can discuss a simple maintenance rhythm (daily or weekly) to keep things tidy. Strict confidentiality and sharp attention to detail are non-negotiable, and I’m ready to start as soon as you are.
