I'm looking for an experienced email deliverability specialist to help evaluate and improve the deliverability of a legitimate email-sending setup.

I need someone with strong experience in SMTP configuration, sender reputation, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, domain reputation, IP reputation, and mailbox-provider filtering.

Project

I will provide a domain that I control and authorized test email addresses across several major mailbox providers.

The initial work will involve:

* Configuring and authenticating the domain
* Reviewing SPF, DKIM and DMARC
* Reviewing the SMTP configuration
* Analyzing email headers and authentication results
* Conducting small, controlled delivery tests
* Comparing results across Gmail, Outlook/Hotmail, Yahoo/AOL and business email providers
* Identifying factors that may cause legitimate messages to be classified as spam
* Providing recommendations for improving long-term deliverability

I am particularly interested in working with someone who has experience managing established email-sending infrastructure and can demonstrate a history of maintaining good sender reputation.

The initial test will be small. If the results are satisfactory, there may be ongoing work involving larger legitimate promotional campaigns.

Ideal candidate

Please have experience with:

* SMTP infrastructure
* Email deliverability
* SPF/DKIM/DMARC
* Domain and IP reputation
* Gmail and Microsoft filtering
* Email authentication/header analysis
* Deliverability monitoring
* High-volume email operations

Please include a brief description of your relevant experience and the type of sending infrastructure you normally work with.

Important: This project is for authorized testing and legitimate email delivery. I am not looking for spam-filter bypassing, spoofing, impersonation, or methods intended to circumvent mailbox-provider security controls.

Screening questions

1. How do you normally diagnose a message that consistently goes to spam?
2. What authentication checks do you perform before testing deliverability?
3. What information can you provide about the sending infrastructure you would use for the test?
4. How do you maintain sender reputation when legitimate sending volume increases?
