Email & Database VA Support

I’m looking for a proactive virtual assistant who can keep my inbox under control while making sure our internal database stays accurate and up-to-date. Day to day, you’ll be sorting and organizing incoming mail, setting up smart filters and rules so the right messages surface automatically, and drafting or sending concise replies when needed.

On the data side, the work is focused on database management rather than simple spreadsheet entry. You’ll take raw information from various sources, validate it, and enter it directly into our cloud-based system so records remain clean, consistent, and searchable for the whole team. Familiarity with common CRM or online database platforms is a plus.

Deliverables I’ll measure:
• A zero-inbox status at the end of each business day, with folders and labels applied logically.
• Auto-filters and rules documented so I can tweak them later.
• All assigned data sets entered and cross-checked in the database with no duplicate or missing fields.
