Right now my biggest priority is to look better when people search for us on Google. Rather than a pure SEO push, I want to strengthen the social signals that feed into Google’s perception of the brand and spark more genuine positivity around it.
Here is what I need from you:
• Start with a quick audit of our current Google footprint—Business Profile, recent posts, ratings, and any public chatter that surfaces when our name is typed in.
• Build a practical social-content calendar that lives inside the Google ecosystem (Business Profile posts, image updates, Q&A responses, event highlights, etc.). I’m open to repurposing material from Facebook or Instagram later, but the main stage is Google itself.
• Craft and publish engaging, brand-aligned posts at a consistent rhythm. Graphics, short videos or carousels are all welcome as long as they load fast and look professional.
• Encourage authentic positive feedback by prompting satisfied customers to leave reviews, always following Google’s guidelines and ethical outreach practices.
• Monitor comments, questions, and reviews daily, replying in a voice that pushes the conversation toward a constructive, upbeat tone.
• Report back each week with clear metrics: post reach, click-throughs, new reviews, and any movement in our overall star rating or search sentiment.
Tools you are likely to touch include Google Business Profile Manager, Google Analytics, Search Console and lightweight design apps such as Canva or Photoshop.
Acceptance is simple: after the first month I want to see a noticeable rise in post engagement plus a tangible lift in positive reviews or overall rating. If you can make that happen—and show the numbers to prove it—we will keep the collaboration rolling.
