I am developing a Smart Luggage Locker (Mlock) and I am looking for an experienced electronics/PCB designer to develop a 12V DC UPS system and a custom connecting/interface PCB for the project.
I have already prepared the basic system architecture and a preliminary structure for the connecting PCB. The freelancer will need to convert this concept into a proper, reliable and manufacturable design.
The UPS should automatically switch the Mlock load between the 12V DC power supply and battery, with minimum interruption, reverse-current protection, battery charging, low-voltage protection, over-current/short-circuit protection and appropriate safety margins. The system should support approximately 4A continuous load, with sufficient margin for higher current where practical.
The connecting PCB will integrate the existing modules, provide organized power and signal connections, proper connectors, protection, grounding and suitable PCB traces.
I will provide the complete module list, specifications, pinouts, dimensions and my preliminary design/structure.
