Electro-Medical Pre-Shipment Inspection

I need a certified inspector who can be on-site in Singapore to carry out the final quality-control checks on an electro-medical device batch before it leaves the factory. This is strictly a pre-shipment inspection with the sole purpose of confirming product quality.

Scope of work
• Visual inspection – verify exterior finish, labeling, and build quality of every unit against the approved sample.
• Performance testing – run the standard functional tests specified in the device’s technical file, capture key readings, and flag any out-of-spec results.
• Documentation review – confirm that the accompanying Certificates of Conformity, calibration reports, and user manuals match the production lot.

I will provide the inspection checklist, the device’s performance test procedure, and the acceptance limits. Please return a consolidated report the same day, including high-resolution photos, raw test data, and a pass/fail summary for each unit.
