We are a team of Electrical Power Engineering students working on our senior graduation project. We need an experienced Electrical Power Engineer to provide technical guidance and engineering support for designing, simulating, and building a physical prototype.

The project focuses on detecting power-quality disturbances (Voltage Unbalance and Harmonics) affecting a three-phase induction motor, diagnosing the disturbance, and applying automatic corrective actions in a closed-loop system.

Key areas include:
1. Hardware Prototype Development: Guidance on architecture, component selection, electrical design, sensing/isolation, protection, wiring, testing, and troubleshooting for components like three-phase induction motors, VFDs, ESP32-based data acquisition systems, harmonic filters, capacitor banks, and more.
2. Simulation with ETAP: Load Flow Analysis, Harmonic Analysis/THD, Voltage Unbalance scenarios, and comparison between simulation results and physical prototype measurements.
3. Data Analysis/Intelligent Diagnosis: Classification of operating conditions (e.g., normal operation vs disturbances) and implementation of corrective actions with performance evaluation.

Ideal Skills & Experience:
- Expertise in Power Quality | Induction Motors | VFDs | ETAP | Harmonic Analysis | Embedded Systems | Hardware Prototyping
- Practical experience with laboratory/industrial hardware is essential.

Deliverables:
- Technical guidance for hardware design and implementation
- Simulation model in ETAP
- Support for data acquisition and intelligent diagnosis

Timeline: Approximately 30 weeks
