Electric Bill Revision & Reissue

I will send you a Word template that we already use for our electric socket bills. Your task is to open each existing bill, work through it line by line, and create a clean, corrected version ready to send to customers.

Here is what needs to happen inside every file:

— Correct all spelling or grammar slips that crept in during data entry.
— Verify every numeric field: recalculate usage, confirm the correct rate table is applied, and adjust any billing amounts that no longer add up.
— Apply our updated pricing; I will attach the current rate sheet so you have the exact figures.
— Insert the two new fee lines we recently introduced—one for service upgrades and another for any authorised miscellaneous charges—so they flow naturally within the charges section and extend through the totals.

When you finish a bill it should:
1. Read perfectly with no language errors.
2. Reflect the new rates and freshly calculated totals.
3. Show the new service-upgrade and miscellaneous fees where relevant.
4. Be delivered back to me in the same Word format (I’ll handle PDF conversion later).

There are about a dozen bills to start with, and more will follow if everything balances accurately. If you have questions about the template fields or need a sample calculation, just let me know and I’ll walk you through it.
