We are an IT company developing an AI-supported software solution for training emergency call takers (dispatchers). We are seeking a reliable freelance professional to prepare, train, and deliver a live software demonstration in Arabic during an important video conference presentation on 4 November 2026.Project Overview
On 4 November we will present the software via Zoom to approximately ten participants. After a short PowerPoint introduction, you will take over and run a live simulation of the software. Your role is to clearly demonstrate how the system works and how it addresses real operational challenges for call takers. Because the audience is Arabic-speaking, the live demo must be conducted in Arabic.Scope of Work
• Thoroughly test the software and become proficient in its use (approximately 3 hours of self-paced learning and hands-on practice).
• Participate in at least one preparatory/tentative Zoom session with our team prior to the main event to rehearse the flow, resolve questions, and confirm technical setup.
• On 4 November 2026, join the official Zoom video conference, observe the presentation segment, and then deliver the live Arabic-language simulation of the software so that participants can see the system in action.
• Be fully available and present for the entire conference session on 4 November. Attendance is mandatory; missing the session is not acceptable.
Requirements
• Native fluency in Egyptian Arabic
• Comfortable presenting and running live software demonstrations in a professional video-conference setting.
• Reliable internet connection and ability to join Zoom meetings.
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical functionality clearly to a non-technical audience.
• Availability for both the preparatory session(s) and the fixed date of 4 November 2026.
Estimated Time Commitment
• 6-7 hours in total (including learning, preparation, rehearsal, and the live event).
Compensation
