I’m assembling a series of clear, well-researched articles that make complex health and wellness topics easy to understand for a general audience. Each piece should read like a concise guide rather than promotional copy, giving readers the knowledge they need to make informed lifestyle choices.
Here’s what I’m aiming for:
• Format: standalone articles (1,200–1,600 words each) with sub-headings, short paragraphs, and reliable citations or links to peer-reviewed sources.
• Tone: conversational yet authoritative—think evidence-based but approachable.
• Purpose: 100 % educational. I am not after sales language; the writing should simply inform and empower.
• Scope: nutrition fundamentals, exercise science, mental health strategies, sleep hygiene, or similar wellness pillars. You’re welcome to suggest fresh angles within this space.
Optional flexibility: if a section feels perfect for a future blog post or on-site copy, flag it—I may expand the project later.
Deliverables
1. Draft article in Google Docs or Word.
2. Plagiarism-free final file (I’ll run Copyscape).
3. Brief reference list or hyperlink citations.
Acceptance criteria: factual accuracy, smooth flow, and zero AI-generated fluff. If you have a health background, let me know—that’s a bonus, though not required. Let’s create content that readers can truly trust.
