Editable Canine Registry Certificates

I’m setting up a new canine registry and need a full suite of professional-looking, fillable documents that I can tweak whenever rules or branding evolve. All pieces should share the same Classic and Elegant aesthetic, using traditional touches of gold, silver and white to keep everything cohesive and prestigious.

Here’s what I need:
• Registration Certificate – front side for registration details, reverse side dedicated to Transfer of Ownership
• Five Generation Pedigree Certificate
• Champion Certificate
• Grand Champion Certificate
• Producer of Record Certificate
• Kennel Name Registration Certificate
• Litter Registration Form

Every certificate or form must be completely editable: text fields, logos, signatures and serial numbers should be easy for me to update without design software. A fillable PDF is ideal for day-to-day use, but please also deliver the fully-unlocked source file (Word, InDesign or Illustrator—whatever you build in) so I can make layout or style adjustments later.

I’ll provide sample documents for reference once we start; please mirror their information flow while upgrading the look to match the classic registry feel. Fonts should be legible yet refined, borders ornamental but not overwhelming, and any watermarks or seals layered so I can switch them on or off.

Deliverables are approved when:
– All text fields, checkboxes and signature lines work in the PDF
– Source files open without missing fonts or links
– Visual style, colors and hierarchy match the brief and samples
