eCommerce Operations Test Project – Start Sales in 2 Weeks

Summary:
We are looking for an expert eCommerce operations assistant to start sales across Shopify, Amazon Canada, Walmart Canada, Faire.com, and more platforms. This is a test project to evaluate performance before considering further collaboration. The budget is capped at $200, and tasks must be completed within 2-4 weeks. The primary evaluation will be based on achieving actual sales during this period.

Current Setup:
- Shopify store setup complete with payment gateway and warehouse connections for 9 items.
- Amazon Canada and Walmart Canada accounts are ready, with product listings and brand stores already set up.

Tasks & Expectations:
1. Amazon Setup:
- Set up Amazon FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon).
- Move items from the warehouse to Amazon Canada.
- Create A+ Content and correct/edit the Amazon Brand Store Page.
- Organize bundle items for sale and handle advertising campaigns.

2. Walmart Setup:
- Perform similar tasks for Walmart Canada as outlined in the Amazon section.

3. Shopify Changes:
- Configure bundle page for optimized selling.

4. Dropshipping via GetCarro:
- Enable retail delivery from our stock in Canada.

5. B2B Sales via Faire.com:
- Arrange direct delivery from the factory stock in China for B2B sales through Faire.com (not involving Canadian inventory).

6. Content Creation & Advertising (Meta):
- Create engaging content and reels for Facebook/Instagram ads to drive sales fast.
- Ensure Instagram is linked to the Shopify landing page effectively.
