eBay Store Audit & Optimization

Priority one is giving my eBay listings a performance-driven overhaul. I have around 2,000 active items that need a complete pricing audit, followed by focused listing optimization so each SKU ranks better in search and converts faster.

Here’s the workflow I have in mind:

• Pricing audit – Review every live price, flag gaps against current market averages, and note opportunities to adjust margins without hurting sales velocity.
• Competitor research (pricing strategies only) – Pull data on how leading sellers in each niche structure their prices, promotions, and shipping rules. I’m interested in clear, actionable insights that explain why they win the Buy-It-Now and how we can match or beat them.
• Listing optimization – Apply findings to update titles, item specifics, photos, and promoted-listing settings so each product reflects the new pricing logic and eBay’s best-practice SEO guidelines.

Deliverables I expect at the end of the engagement:

1. A spreadsheet (or Airtable) containing the full pricing audit with recommended new prices, notes on under- or over-performing lines, and competitor price snapshots.
2. A brief report summarizing key competitor pricing strategies and the rationale behind the proposed adjustments.
3. Fully updated listings pushed live in my store, with change logs for transparency.

Tools such as Terapeak, eBay Seller Hub, and any bulk-editing software you prefer are all fine—as long as they keep my account in good standing.

If you can work through roughly 250 listings per day, we should be able to wrap up within two weeks, but I’m flexible on the timeline provided quality isn’t compromised.
