E-commerce Website Design With PayPal

I’m launching a new online store and I need a designer-developer who can take the project from concept to a live, secure site. The shop must feel modern, load quickly on mobile, and make it effortless for shoppers to browse and buy.

Core requirements
• Purpose: full e-commerce functionality
• Key features: a robust product search that handles filters and variants, plus a customer review section that displays star ratings and written feedback.
• Payments: seamless PayPal checkout (credit-card flow through PayPal included).
• Wishlist functionality isn’t essential right now, but I’d like the architecture to leave room for it later without major rework.

You’re free to recommend the best stack—whether that’s Shopify, WooCommerce, or a custom React/Node build—so long as it remains easy for me to add products, edit copy, and track orders. All pages must be responsive, SSL-secured, and follow basic SEO best practices.

Deliverables
1. High-fidelity mock-ups for approval
2. Fully developed, tested website migrated to my hosting
