E-commerce Product Web Scraping

I need a reliable script that automatically collects up-to-date product information from several e-commerce and retailer websites of my choosing. The scraper has to capture two key data groups for every item it visits:

• product name with full description
• current price plus stock / availability status

Accuracy and freshness are essential because I will feed the results into a pricing dashboard. Please structure the output as clean JSON or CSV (let me know which you prefer) and make sure the code is easy for me to re-run when new URLs are added.

Preferred stack is Python with libraries such as Scrapy, BeautifulSoup, or Selenium, but I am open to other robust approaches if they achieve the same reliability and speed.

Acceptance criteria:
– Script successfully crawls the sample list of sites I provide and returns all required fields.
– No blocked requests or captchas left unhandled.
– Output file validates against a simple schema I will share.
– Clear instructions for environment setup and re-execution.
