E-commerce Performance Marketer for Poojify

I am looking for an experienced Performance Marketing / Digital Marketing expert for my e-commerce business Poojify.

Poojify is a spiritual e-commerce business based in Lucknow, India. We sell pooja samagri, pooja kits, religious products and offer home delivery services.

I need an experienced marketer who can handle the complete digital marketing and advertising work.

Main requirements:

- Facebook & Instagram (Meta) Ads
- Google Ads
- E-commerce sales campaigns
- Local/hyperlocal targeting in Lucknow
- Retargeting and lookalike audiences
- Meta Pixel and conversion tracking
- Campaign optimization and scaling
- WhatsApp marketing and WhatsApp API knowledge
- Ad copy and creative strategy
- Analyze CPC, CPA, CTR, ROAS and conversions
- Create a proper marketing strategy to increase actual orders and sales

I am NOT looking for someone who only has certificates or theoretical knowledge. I need someone with proven practical experience running ads and generating sales for e-commerce or local businesses.
