Job Title: E-Commerce Growth Partner (WooCommerce) - 10% Commission Only
The Role:
We run an established online botanical nursery built on WooCommerce, specializing in high-demand, premium live plants shipped across India. We are looking for an entrepreneurial digital marketer or growth hacker to partner with us purely on a revenue-share basis.
Compensation:
This is a 100% commission-only role. There is NO fixed monthly salary.
You will receive a flat 10% commission on every successful, completed sale generated through the website.
With high-ticket exotic plants in our catalog, your earning potential is completely uncapped.
What You Will Do:
Take ownership of website conversion rate optimization (CRO).
Drive targeted traffic through organic SEO, social media marketing, or managing paid ad campaigns (ad budget details to be discussed).
Implement email and WhatsApp cart recovery strategies.
Who Should Apply:
Confident marketers who know how to drive D2C e-commerce traffic and prefer performance-based payouts over hourly rates.
Experience with WooCommerce operations is required.
