Outgrow Media manages growth-focused Google Ads accounts for multiple DTC e-commerce brands, and I'm ready to hand the daily optimization reins to an experienced media buyer who can dive straight into Search, Shopping and Performance Max campaigns.
Your core mission is to lift ROAS and profit. You'll log in regularly, review search terms, asset combinations, bid automation signals and feed diagnostics, then roll out data-driven changes that move the needle. Campaign optimization is your strongest suit, so I expect you to spot wasted spend quickly, reshape structures, and test fresh angles without waiting for prompts.
Key responsibilities:
Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Shopping, Performance Max) for e-commerce clients
Maintain and improve Shopping and PMax feeds in Google Merchant Center, fixing disapprovals before they reach the client
Continuously analyze data to improve ROAS and profitability
Translate account insights into concise strategy updates during client calls (most clients are European, value direct, numbers-first communication)
Proactively propose new strategies (segmentation, bidding tweaks, structural changes), then implement, measure and report back
What we're looking for:
Proven, independent experience managing Google Ads accounts for e-commerce clients
Data-driven, decisions based on numbers not gut feeling
Clear communicator, comfortable with direct client contact
Based in Europe (CET timezone preferred)
Fluent English (Dutch is a plus, not required)
The setup:
Fully remote, flexible hours
Long-term freelance engagement
Compensation: percentage of managed ad spend, scales with the portfolio you run
Availability ASAP is essential — onboarding the right partner immediately
If you can show past wins with e-commerce accounts, let's talk.
