Dutch SDR for Tech Leads

The assignment focuses on generating qualified leads in the Dutch-speaking technology market. I will provide a target list of companies and direct phone numbers; your role is to engage those prospects by phone, briefly introduce our solution, confirm interest, and book discovery calls on my calendar.

Phone outreach is the core channel, so you must be comfortable speaking native-level Dutch and handling basic objection-handling in real time. If you prefer to back up calls with a short follow-up email or LinkedIn note, that flexibility is welcome, but the first touch must be a call.

Deliverables
• Daily call log with time, contact name, outcome, and next step
• Calendar invitations for every meeting secured
• End-of-week summary showing total dials, connects, qualified leads, and scheduled demos

Acceptance Criteria
A lead is counted when the prospect meets our ideal customer profile, expresses interest, and agrees to a meeting. Targets and scripts are supplied on kickoff, and access to our VoIP tool can be arranged if needed.

This is a rolling campaign; consistent performance can turn the project into an ongoing engagement.
