I need a seasoned valuation professional to replicate a full business valuation for me, strictly following the cost-to-duplicate approach and, within that, the replacement value method. The goal is to establish today’s cost to duplicate every tangible asset the company uses so I can benchmark insurance coverage and negotiate financing with up-to-date numbers.
You will work from the financial statements r I provide, supplementing them with your own market research for current replacement costs. Please apply standard valuation best practices, cite every data source, and explain all assumptions clearly enough that the report can be reviewed by auditors or lenders without additional clarification.
Deliverables should include:
• Executive summary of the valuation and key findings
• Detailed asset inventory with individual replacement costs and total aggregated figure
• Supporting documentation (quotes, market comparables, depreciation schedules)
• Calculation worksheets in Excel
• Final narrative report in PDF as well as an editable format
Accuracy, transparent methodology, and a concise turnaround are most important.
