Dubai Villa Design-Only Package

I’ve just completed construction on a villa in Dubai and now need a talented designer to deliver a stand-alone interior design package—no contracting, sourcing, or on-site execution required from your side. I will take care of those elements myself; your sole focus will be the creative and technical documentation.

Aesthetic direction
• Style: clean, Modern forms with subtle warmth
• Palette: predominantly Neutral tones that feel calm yet refined

Scope of work
We’ll confirm the exact rooms together, but anticipate a full-home brief covering living areas, bedrooms, kitchen, and circulation spaces. I’m open to phasing by floor or zone if it helps structure milestones.

Key deliverables
1. Concept mood boards and material palettes for each space
2. Scaled furniture layouts, lighting plans, and ceiling designs in CAD/Revit
3. High-quality 3D renders (still or walk-through) that capture the agreed look
4. Detailed finishes, furniture, and lighting schedules ready for procurement
5. A consolidated design dossier (PDF) plus editable CAD/BIM files for my contractors

Workflow & timing
DWG drawings and site photos are ready for you on day one. I’d like to kick off within two weeks and receive the full package in roughly six to eight weeks, but I’m flexible if you provide a clear timeline.
