Dual-User Job-Search Website

I’m ready to commission a complete job-search website that serves both job seekers and employers from day one. The core product must let companies post vacancies and manage applications while giving candidates a smooth way to browse those listings, submit their details, and track their application status.

At minimum the first release must include:
• Employer dashboard to create, edit, and archive job ads
• Candidate flow to apply with a short form and file upload (PDF/DOC resume)
• Administrative area where I can monitor users, listings, and basic site metrics

I’m tech-agnostic, so feel free to recommend the stack you’re most productive with—Laravel, Django, Node/React, or a comparable framework—as long as it supports clean code, secure authentication, and future add-ons like search filters or email alerts. Mobile-friendly design and GDPR-compliant data handling are essential.
