Dual-Market AI Calling Bot

I run a BPO that serves two very different clients and I’m ready to automate a big slice of our outbound workload with a single, AI-driven voice bot. One client is a U.S. debt-recovery firm; the other is an Indian D2C brand that wants every META lead followed up quickly. The same platform has to switch contexts on the fly and sound completely human while it does so.

Core conversation skills I need built in:
• Answer live questions from prospects using our prepared scripts.
• Collect missing details, verify information and set up a human callback when asked.
• For debt files, negotiate payment plans within rules we supply; for D2C, capture orders or take the prospect to checkout.

Voice and language are non-negotiable. For U.S. calls the bot must speak clear American English; for Indian campaigns it must fluidly switch between Hindi and Indian-accented English in the same call when necessary. Natural-sounding TTS, fast speech recognition, and invisible hand-offs to human agents are all essential.

I’ll provide call flows, scripts, CRM/web-hook endpoints, and compliance guidelines (TCPA for the U.S. side, TRAI for India). Your job is to build, train, and deploy the bot, then demonstrate real-time reporting and call recordings from both campaigns before we go live.
