Drive Shopify App (https://predispute.co) Merchant Installs

My team has built a Shopify app that lets store owners stay ahead of chargebacks and any kind of payment dispute. Instead of wrestling with the card networks themselves, merchants can install our tool and have every case monitored, documented, and responded to automatically. Our challenge now is visibility: we need relevant merchants to find the app, understand its value, and hit the Install button in the Shopify App Store.

I’m looking for someone who already understands the Shopify ecosystem and can actively generate a measurable volume of installs from genuine, operating stores. We don’t suffer our own disputes; the whole point of the product is to spare other sellers from losing revenue and time, so outreach must focus on that pain point.

Here’s what success looks like for me:

• A clear, data-backed plan for acquiring merchants (organic, paid, influencer, partner agencies—whatever mix you’re confident will move fastest).
• Weekly reporting that shows traffic, trials, and, most importantly, confirmed installs.
• Campaign assets or copy you create stay with us once the project ends.
• A stretch goal you propose for installs and the timeline you believe is realistic.
