​Key Responsibilities
​Local SEO & Website Optimization:
​Audit and optimize our website content, metadata, and technical elements for high-intent, local search terms.
​Optimize our Google Business Profile (GBP) to capture local map pack visibility.
​Ensure the site is fast, fully mobile-responsive, and equipped with prominent, trackable click-to-call buttons.
​Social Media Management (Instagram & Facebook):
​Optimize business profiles with clear contact pathways.
​Create and schedule targeted organic posts/promotions designed to engage local customers and prompt inquiries.
​Analytics & Conversion Tracking:
​Audit and configure Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager.
​Accurately track form fills, click-to-call actions, and phone inquiries to measure real conversion channels.
​Monthly Reporting & Strategy:
​Provide a clear, actionable monthly performance report detailing traffic sources, conversion rates, and phone inquiry volume.
​Include concrete recommendations each month on what adjustments to make next to keep the phone ringing.
